The steaks at the Railay Princess Restaurant were nothing short of divine, definitely worth a shout-out! The breakfast spread was good for kickstarting the day, and the pools were a chill spot to lounge after exploring. Accessible dining options nearby like Sunrise Tropical and Welcome Back Restaurant made every meal an adventure.

Marvellous and beautiful location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Tham Phra Nang. Based next to the most beautiful beaches, local restaurants and fun bars and cheaper restaurant options.
Underwhelming area.

This was an excellent stay on vacation with fair prices. The breakfasts with homemade bakery.

The location (and views) were fantastic
The staff were quite unfriendly, and the place is being badly neglected. I'm sure it was a lovely place a few years ago, but there are lots of things wrong - our shower was broken and the tap next to the toilet was leaking, so we asked to change rooms, only to find the next room was just as bad. Also, a large section of the floor in the restaurant had been ripped up due to rotten timbers.

In a place that as expensive (and as beautiful) as Railay, this hotel is wonderfully reasonable compared to the others, and offers really very nice rooms on a pretty hillside. No, you can't see the sea -but you can relax on balconies over quiet gardens, gazing up at the cliffs, watching rock climbers scale the rocks, and both beaches are 5 minutes walk away. It's not tacky-modern like other resorts - instead it's rather elegant with vastly helpful (and rather elegant) staff. Recommended for independent and budget-ish travellers who want a taste of comfort in Railay.
The room was spotlessly clean, though it smelled as if no-one had slept there for a while and I suspect it needed a bit of an off-season airing out...

loved the location and the restaurant terrace. The cheapest bungalows were very primitive and funky and old. We changed to one of the newer bungalows that were lovely.
The cheapest bungalows were funky and old and over priced!! It rained and leaked on the bed and wasn't mosquito proof. The gardens were lovely.

great central spot near beaches and lively dining options
I had a great time staying here, the hotel is just a few steps away from the pier and a short walk to Ao Phra Nang Beach, making it super easy to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Very helpfull staff. Hot water. Kettle so I could cook instant noodles instead of paying really expensive prices in Railay.
Dirty room. I moved the bedside table and there was a wild zoo underneath. Ants. For the same price, in Phuket, you get a luxurious room. I would just skeep Railay. Everything under construction and overpriced. Unless you like climbing, don't go. All tours can be done 30% cheaper from Phuket.
